The design of the automatic packaging machine is advanced, with a reasonable
structure and reliable performance. It uses dual synchronous belts to pull the film,
cylinder-controlled tensioning, automatic correction, and an automatic alarm protection
function, minimizing waste to the greatest extent. The metering device is integrated
with the machine, of completing bag making, filling, sealing, printing, and counting in a
single operation.
When the material in the storage hopper of the packaging machine is sufficient, it enters
the gravimetric feeding device under the action of gravity and the material gate is fully
opened to enter the large feeding state. When the given large feeding weight is reached,
the feeding gate is closed, leaving a narrow to enter the small feeding state. When the
given small feeding weight is reached, the feeding gate is completely closed. After a
certain amount of free-falling material the weighing hopper stabilizes, and when the bag
clamping mechanism is tightened, the discharge gate opens, the material enters the
discharge hopper, and then into the bag, completing one cycle of automatic packaging.

4. The fully automatic weighing and packaging machine can achieve automatic
arrangement, counting, filling, sealing, packaging, and conveying of. The number of
products packaged can be easily adjusted, the number of bags can be controlled, and
the number of packages can be automatically displayed, making it easy count the
machine's workload.
