Light Weight Industrial Vibrating Equipment American Type Vibration Exciter
Working Principle of American Type Vibration Exciter:
The casing of the American type vibration exciter is equipped with a driving shaft 1 and a driven shaft 2. The shaft end has a pair of eccentric block 3 with the same weight. The motor drives the driving shaft and makes the driven shaft do a relatively synchronous rotation through the gear pair 6. The centrifugal inertia force generated by the unbalanced weight rotation makes the exciter produce directional excitation force.
By adjusting the rotation speed of eccentric block and the quantity and position of the weight balancing block, people can change the imbalance rotation weight and then adjust the excitation force and the size of the working torque.
The sealed box is filled with gear oil to lubricate and dissipate the heat of the gears and bearings, ensuring the smooth transmission and reliable operation.
The imported alternative exciter can provide a good excitation screening power. Because of this kind of power is relatively stable, the imported alternative exciter is commonly used as the power source when the mine linear vibrating screen is used for material screening. Through the continuous vibration of the imported alternative exciter, the granular material on the screen surface will be driven to move, and this kind of regular movement can realize the classification of the material. One of the indispensable accessories on the screening machine is the imported alternative exciter, which is one of the power sources of the whole machine, and the amplitude of the equipment has a great influence on the working efficiency.
