The Stainless Steel Low-profile Inline Vibrating Separator Screen Machine for Food Industry is also well known as the flow-thru separator, compact sieve, safety screeners, control sieves inline vibrating screen etc.
This kind of sieve machine is a new-type and high efficient screening machine. It offers high capacity wet or dry scalping in a compact, low head room design. Double motors mounted on opposite of body create the 3-D motion that allows maximum flow-thru of material. This machine is ideally suited for prepackaging screening in many food and pharmaceutical applications, as well as for bulk bag unloading and screening of raw ingredients.

Working Principle of Stainless Steel Low-profile Inline Vibrating Separator Screen Machine for Food Industry:
The low profile flow-thru vibrating sieve uses vertical vibration motor as the excitating source. This motor(s) is(are) equipped on both sides with an eccentric hammer which functions to transfer the rotation movement of motor to horizontal, vertical and inclined motions. And the hammer then delivers the motions to screen surface for sifting. At present, rotary sieve machine is widely applied in pharmaceutical, foodstuff and other industries.
