Characteristics of bottom feed vibroflotation method
a) Realize dry construction
In vibroflotation construction, instead of high-pressure water flushing, high-pressure air is used to assist the construction process of hole forming and pile making. This new construction technology enables the vibroflotation method to reduce the dependence on water resources and avoid the generation of a large amount of mud and sewage, which is more conducive to environmental protection and green and civilized construction.
The filling tube and pile making problems of vibroflotation method in silt and mucky soil have been improved. The filling material is directly transported to the pile making position by the bypass pipeline provided by the equipment, and the shrinkage of the sludge soil layer will not affect the smoothness of the falling of the stone
Application
Dry Bottom Feed Vibroflotation Gravel Pile for Tiba Bay container terminal in East Timor
The project is the third large-scale offshore bottom feed Vibroflotation Gravel Pile Construction in the world after the Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bridge Hong Kong artificial island project and Israel Ashdod port project. A total of 12 sets of bottom feed vibroflotation equipment were put into operation, including 7 sets of offshore equipment. The construction lasted one year, more than 14000 offshore Vibroflotation Gravel Piles were completed, and the construction automation and whole process quality control of offshore Vibroflotation Gravel Piles were realized.
