AI system control software improve the detection efficiency and accuracy, and reduce labor costs. The machine adopt high pixel industrial cameras for precise recognition, with on-demand camera quantity design, accuracy of 0.15mm. The inspection speed reach to 300 per minute (The inspection speed is customizable according to customer's detection needs).

Compatible with testing multiple specifications of products, saving costs. This AI vision inspection system detect bottle defects such as black spots, color differences, impurities, threads, lifting rings, notches, residues, burrs, bubbles, voids, deformations, uneven thickness, and dimensions on the bottle body online, it will remove the defected product automatically online.

A: The quantity of defects is unlimited, it's depended on customer's detection request.

A: Our standard is 6pcs cameras, the exact camera quantity is up to detected defect kinds and positions, the more kinds the more quantity.

Q: What's the definition of the camera?

A: The definition of the camera and lens are depended on your defected precision, i.e, the definition is different if the defected precision is 0.2mm and 0.5mm.
