The exhaust steam temperature easily exceeds the allowable temperature of the final stage blades of the high-pressure cylinder. Overpressure of the reheater caused by other reasons; the high-exhaust check valve cannot be opened or jammed; the overload of the unit causes the high-pressure cylinder exhaust steam parameter to increase. The increase in high exhaust pressure often results in poor exhaust steam of the high-pressure cylinder, which will increase the friction and blast heat in the cylinder, which will easily cause the blades to overheat and damage, dynamic and static friction and other undesirable consequences. In addition, it will also cause overpressure in the cold repipe and reheater. Gentle. Therefore, the large machine is equipped with high-pressure cylinder pressure ratio protection to protect the final blades.
