The Realkey Swivel Wheel Sorting Machine, also called the Divert Wheel or Rotating Wheel Sorter, is a dynamic solution for sorting parcels and cartons within conveyor systems. Built with an electric drum (wheel), a steering mechanism, a control unit, and a solid frame, it propels items via drum rotation. Servo motors and steering modules adjust the drum's direction to divert items left or right.
Handling cartons up to 50kg, waterproof bags, woven bags, and flat-bottomed irregular packages, it achieves a 2m/s sorting speed, processing 6,000 items per hour. Ideal for postal services, express delivery, e-commerce logistics, and distribution hubs, it's a top performer.
