Oxidized Pellet Rotary Kiln Introduction

China's oxidation pellet technology has developed rapidly. More than 10 oxidation pellet factories have been built to provide high-quality pellets for blast furnace ironmaking, which is the future development direction of the steel industry. The construction of a large-scale oxidation pellet plant covers a relatively small area, which can effectively reduce the investment amount of unit products, significantly reduce the energy consumption of unit products, and thus reduce product costs. Due to the high level of technology and equipment of oxidation pellets, it can greatly increase labor productivity and improve and protect the environment. Pelletizing equipment mainly includes: rotary dryer, disk feeder, disk pelletizer, chain grate heater, rotary kiln, ring cooler, lubricating mill, mixing machine, coal mill and other complete equipment.

Oxidized Pellet Rotary Kiln Equipment composition

The rotary kiln for pellets in the iron and steel industry is mainly composed of rotary part, supporting part, transmission device, kiln head cover, kiln head & kiln tail seal, and combustion device. Kiln mouth guard plate and kiln tail material return spoon adopt block casting, easy to install, with high heat resistance, corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The cooling air is passed through the kiln head cold air jacket, which can evenly cool the kiln head barrel and the kiln mouth guard plate, making it more safe and reliable. The kiln head cover adopts a large volume method, and the kiln door structure is split to make the air flow more stable. The kiln head and kiln tail seals adopt radial friction labyrinth and fish scale double seal forms, with simple structure and easy maintenance. The combustion device adopts a swirling four-channel pulverized coal burner with an oil injection ignition device.
