1. Introduction and application:
Hot air circulation drying oven is suitable for heating and solidificating, drying and dehydrating the materials and products in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, farming, side-product, aquatic product, light industries, heavy industries and others industries.
Applied materials:medicinal raw material, Chinese traditional herbal medicine,plaster,powder,particle, drinking agent,pill, packing bottle, pigment,dyestuff, de-watering vegetable, dried fruit piece,sausage,plastics,resin, electric component, baking varnish and etc.
2. Working Principle:
Most hot air is circulated in the drying oven. The Heat efficiency is high and the energy is saved. By using the forced ventilation function, there are adjustable air distribution plates inside the drying oven. The materials can be dried uniformly.
3. Features:
(1) Heating source: steam, electricity, heat conduction oil, far infrared, or both steam + electricity.
(2) Drying temperature of steam: 50-130 ℃, Max.140 ℃. (3) Drying temperature of electricity or far infrared: 50-300 ℃.
(4) Automatic control system and computer control system for customers to choose.
(5) Normal used steam pressure from 0.2-0.8Mpa(2-8 bar).
(6) For CT-1 electric heated, rated power consumption is 15Kw, but real consumption is 5-8Kw.
(7) The special requirements should be indicated when placing order.
(8) If operation temperature is over 140 ℃ or less than 60 ℃, please indicate when placing order.
(9) Low noise, easy to install and maintain.
(10) Hot air circulation oven can be used for drying various materials.
