The Thai government—through the Pollution Control Department (PCD) and Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment—is enforcing stricter discharge standards under NEQA and Factory Act regulations. BLU PAC (Polyaluminium Chloride) is a high-performance inorganic polymer coagulant, available in both white and yellow powder forms, manufactured via spray drying or drum drying.

Dilution:
Solid PAC should be diluted into 2–10% solution before application.
Liquid PAC can be used directly or diluted depending on system needs.
Dosage Range:
PAC-01 (white): 1–10 g/m³ (drinking & clear water)
PAC-02 / PAC-031: 10–40 g/m³ (wastewater with color, COD, metals)
Actual dosage should be determined through lab jar testing
Solid PAC: 25kg/bag (inner PE liner + outer PP woven bag), 20MT/20’FCL
Liquid PAC: 250kg drums or 1000L IBC tanks
Shelf Life: 2 years (store in cool, dry, ventilated area)
