Application Fields:

It is suitable to treat wastewater with Reactive dye, Acid dye, Disperse dye, Direct dye, Sulphur dye, Vat dye etc.
It Can be used in the production process of paper & pulp as a retention agent.
How to do jar test?
Make a BWD 2% solution (4 grams of BWD-01 with 96 grams of clean water).
Make a PAC 5% solution (17 grams of PAC with 83 grams of water).
Make a polyacrylamide 0.1%.
Take 200-500ml of effluent and adjust the pH to 7.5-9.5 (neutral or alkaline). (This step ensures that the BWD-01 works best at the correct pH).
Mix BWD-01 totally into the effluent, and rapidly stir about 1-3 minutes till color flocs form.
Mix PAC solutions completely into the effluent, and quickly stir about 1-3 minutes to promote floc formation.
To make huge flocs, add percentages of Anionic Polyacrylamide solution, stir and mix gradually.
