Application Fields:
Competitive Advantage:
1. Stronger decolorization (50% ~ 99%) as well as the elimination of COD (50% ~ 80%).
2. Used to de-color high-coloring effluent from dyestuffs plants.
3. High performance to deal with wastewater with Responsive, Acid, Disperse, Direct Dyestuff etc (Soluble and also Insoluble dyestuffs).
4. Utilized to deal with wastewater from the fabric and also dyeing sector, pigment industry, printing ink sector, and also paper sector.
5. Utilized as a retention agent in paper & pulp handling
6. Faster sedimentation, far better flocculation.
7. Non-pollution (no aluminum, chlorine, heavy metal ions, and so on).
8. It can be used prior to or after organic treatment.

Application Methods:
| 1 | Make a solution of BWD-01, and mix it with 40 times water to have a 2.5% solution for use. |
| 2 | Make PAC solution, 2-5% Al2O3 |
| 3 | Have a solution of Anionic Polyelectrolyte, 0.1%. |
| 4 | Have effluent, test pH value, and adjust pH value to 8-9. (It is very important, higher or lower pH, BWD-01 works not well) |
| 5 | Add PAC solution, and mix with effluent completely. about 1-3 minutes |
| 6 | Add BWD-01 solution, and mix with effluent completely, about 5-10 minutes |
| 7 | Add small content of anionic polyelectrolyte solution, and mix slowly to have a big floc. (this step is a suggestion) |
| 8 | Sedimentation |
| 9 | Check the color of treated effluent |
| 10 | Adjust the dosage of BWD-01 and PAC to do more tests to have a better testing result. |
