Product Description
Lined Ceramic Wear-Resistant Pipe is a composite pipe lined with high-purity alumina ceramic (Al₂O₃). Through a special process, the ceramic is bonded to a steel pipe or a rubber layer. It is suitable for conveying highly abrasive and corrosive materials such as slurry, ash, and coal powder. Its wear resistance is over 10 times that of manganese steel pipe, significantly reducing the frequency of downtime and replacement.
Lined Ceramic Wear-Resistant Pipe consists of three layers:
Outer layer: Q235/304/316L seamless steel pipe (pressure-bearing)
Middle: High-strength epoxy adhesive (heat-resistant to 120°C)
Inner layer: 92%-95% Al₂O₃ monolithically sintered ceramic rings/sheets, hardness HRA ≥88, Mohs 9. Sintered at 1700°C, the lining ceramic has a density of 3.7g/cm³, a compressive strength of≥850 MPa, and a flexural strength of≥290 MPa. The ceramic and steel pipes are bonded using a dual-metal mechanical joining and adhesive bonding process to ensure zero detachment under high-speed erosion.
