5. Advantages of Beads Mill Screens
Non-clogging (blinding/pegging):the continuous slot formed by the V-shaped surface wires ensures a toe-point contact between the
paryicles and the slot,which minimizes clogging of near size product.
High-precision slot opeaning:Minimum slot of wedge wire is 0.02mm(20um).
Surface Filtration:the V shaped surface wires allow easy cleaning by mechanical scraping,back flushing or high pressure hose.
Strong construction:for most applications the wedge wire is self-supporting because of the welding at each intersection and can therefore withstand high pressures and heavy loads.
Large open area(larger flow rate)-the continuous slot opening ensures more larger open area than perforated hole and mesh hole.
