In order to meet the requirements of drilling technology and transportation, the winch is usually designed as a multi-shaft drive and separate transportation, which not only makes the system complex, but also increases the cost and installation workload. The winch is mainly composed of base, winch frame, roller shaft, sand drum shaft, shaft drive boxes, disc brake, crash-proof crown device, main brake mechanism and automatic driller, etc, and power shift between the input shaft and the shaft adopts mechanical transmission, drive shaft and roller shifting between adopts pneumatic clutch to shift, with four are blocked, reverse gear. Finite element software was used to simulate and analyze the drum shaft and check its strength and stiffness. The analysis and check results show that the design of the drum and frame of the winch is reasonable and meets the practical work requirements.
In the winch, the wire rope plays an irreplaceable effect, so how can we do to avoid the phenomenon of wire rope there is disorderly rope? As a winch, it also makes some methods to avoid wire rope chaos, its drum has more obvious groove, double drum winch, these grooves can be better fixed wire rope.
Trough drum can better disperse the effect of the force, can be safer, relatively speaking, if the use of the force of the hoist is very large, it is recommended to use the trough drum, can be safer.
