Introduction:
The circular vibrating screen is a circular motion and is a multilayered,new vibrating screen.The machine adopts simplified eccentric shaft vibration exciter and eccentric block to adjust the amplitude,material sieve line length.screening specifications,reliable structure,strong excitation force,high screening efficiency,low vibration noise,sturdy and durable,easy maintenance,use security and other features.Widely used in the classification of products in mining,building materials,transportation,energy,chemical and other industries.
Vibrating screen is a special material separation equipment used for deep processing of crushing equipment,YZS Vibrating Screen has long streamline and many specifications suitable for various screening application.The machine adopts the barrel type eccentric shaft vibration exciter and the eccentric block to adjust the amplitude, the excitation ability is strong.
Advantage:
1. The equipment maintenance is simple and convenient, and the operation efficiency of the whole machine is obviously improved.
2. Flexible connection such as cross shaft universal joint transmission shaft or rubber coupling is adopted to ensure stable operation.
3. The structure of screen machine tends to be simplified, which is conducive to improve the manufacturing technology level and assembly accuracy of the equipment.
4. The screen machine has higher screening efficiency, larger processing capacity and longer service life.
5. Block eccentricity is adopted in the exciter, which not only increases the single excitation force of the eccentric mass of the exciter, but also can be adjusted randomly, which is convenient for modular design and use.
Working principle:
It is mainly composed of screen box, vibration exciter, suspension (or support) device and motor. The motor drives the main shaft of the vibration exciter to rotate through the triangle belt. Due to the centrifugal inertia force of the unbalanced weight on the vibration exciter, the screen box is vibrated. Different amplitudes can be obtained by changing the eccentric weight of the exciter.
