Product description:
The reinforcing mesh refers to a mesh formed by welding all intersections of the reinforcement, which is arranged horizontally and longitudinally, with fixed spacing and right angles to each other. In different of projects, the reinforcing mesh shall be selected according to the actual needs and bearing requirements.
According to the raw materials used, it can be divided into cold pressed ribbed steel fabric and hot-pressed ribbed steel fabric. The former has more application scope than the latter, and the diameter, length and spacing of different reinforcing mesh will be different.
There are many specifications of the reinforcing mesh, such as 10mm x 10mm, 20mm x 20mm, 100mm x100mm, 200mm x 200mm, 400mm x 400mm, etc.
The reinforcing mesh cannot be placed casually. If it is placed casually, the quality will be damaged, the handling will be very difficult, and the construction time will be increased, and the whole construction period will be delayed.
So what should we do after the reinforcing mesh enters the site?
First of all, it should ensure that the ground is flat. It is recommended to pave an appropriate amount of gravel on the ground, and design a drainage slope from the middle to the side, so as to prevent the steel bars from being damaged by accumulated water. Next, a layer of wood pad should also be paved under the floor. Its thickness should be more than 20 cm, and the distance should be kept at 1.5 meters. Finally, it should be placed in layers and sections according to the categories. For the convenience of use, we can also place label notes on the side, which can shorten the construction operation time and speed up the construction progress.
