1. Substrate Properties
Composite Structure: Made of a composite material of wood pulp and glass fiber, with a high-temperature shaped crepe paper surface layer and a glass fiber-reinforced bottom layer.

2. Adhesive Properties
Adhesive Type: Uses silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive.

Room temperature initial tack: 80g/in (steel ball method)
Peel strength at 60°C: 3N/25mm
Peel strength at 180°C: increased to 12N/25mm.
Durability:
After 1,000 hours of aging test, adhesive weight loss rate <3%.
UV-resistant, with viscosity retention rate >90% after 500 hours of outdoor exposure.
Volatiles in adhesive layer <0.1mg/m², compliant with FDA indirect food contact standards.,
3. Other Characteristics
Color and Identification: Yellow appearance with 92% recognizability at 5 meters, facilitating construction positioning and differentiation.
Processability: Can be torn by hand without tools; 0.12mm ultra-thin structure closely fits complex curved surfaces (e.g., R3 rounded corners), with edge-to-surface angle ≤5°.
