Inflatable rubber airbag is a closed cylindrical buoyancy unit. The inflatable rubber airbags we build have a high tensile strength rubber layer, a multi-layer heavy-duty synthetic tire cord layer, and a firmly vulcanized inner rubber layer.
Inflatable rubber airbags are composed of inner reinforced synthetic-tire-cord layers and outer rubber layers in the shape of cylindrical. Constructions Of Inflatable Rubber Airbag
1. Outer rubber layer
The outer rubber layer of the inflatable rubber airbag covers the outside of the launching airbag, which can protect the rope layer from abrasion and other external forces. The compound has sufficient tensile strength and tear strength to withstand any weather conditions and hard use. The standard color is black.
2. Synthetic materials-tires-reinforced line layer
The reinforced cord layer of the inflatable rubber airbag is made of synthetic tire cord commonly used in tires, arranged at an ideal angle to maintain internal pressure and evenly distribute stress, thereby providing a powerful and effective reinforcement.
3. End fittings
The end fittings of the airbag include air-tight rotary joints and airbag safety air inlets.
