Product Description
Our company design and develop PGS flat plate type top discharge soaking centrifuge for hemp products and market.Compare with normal PS series filter centrifuge,we add these functions:low speed soaking,washing,running keep cool at low temperature.The centrifuge machine is batch operation and top discharge manually centrifugal extraction equipment.
Main Features
1)Soak type drum:The transmission part adopts three-stage sealing,it can achieve soaking at the drum and filtering separation function.
2)Low temperature:The main drive use low temperature grease and low temperature resistant imported bearings,which can feeding lowest -60℃ ethanol solution.In the equipment casing to do the cooling cavity,reserve the inlet and outlet,the user can feeding cold source.And,install the jacket,internal filling rock wool,to ensure the low temperature of the ethanol solution.
3)Explosion proof:The upper cover of the device is equipped with nitrogen port,the user can feeding nitrogen gas(inert gas) from nitrogen generator by himself.Equipped with explosion-proof inverter motor.The electrical part,we provide stainless steel remote main control cabinet and stainless steel control box with PLC and touch screen. 4)Batch operation:Put the dry material into the drum of centrifuge,feeding ethanol,low-speed soaking,high speed separation,shutdown and discharge whole process. 5)Material:The user can choose all stainless steel 304 material or stainless steel 316L. 6)Mesh bag:Nylon material,mesh can customized as customers’ requirement,suggest 800 mesh. It is a closed structure with a hidden zipper.
Structure & Principle
This machine is fully enclosed,has a large open cover structure.The upper cover is equipped with ethanol feeding port,washing port,mirror port,explosion-proof lamp port,nitrogen port,etc. It adopts the frequency converter to achieve smooth and infinitely variable speed starting, braking unit braking, and reliable performance.The feeding port can be equipped with manual ball valve,and the liquid outlet is equipped with a transparent glass to observe the liquid out condition,the liquid outlet is equipped with a manual ball valve.Pipe diameter size can be customized according to user’s needs.

The rotating bowl of hemp soak centrifuge

This kind of soaking type drum is different from normal filter centrifuge drum,the height is higher than normal model, there is more space.And there is many holes to flow out ethanol.The transmission part of centrifuge adopts three-stage sealing device,it can achieve soaking at the drum and filtering separation function.

The filter cloth bag of hemp soak centrifuge

This kind of filter cloth bag is different from normal model.It is a closed structure with a hidden zipper.The user can put the hemp leaves into the bag,and install into the drum of centrifuge.The material is nylon,the mesh can be customized.

The connection spare parts of hemp soak centrifuge

The feeding port can be equipped with manual ball valve,and the liquid outlet can be equipped with a transparent glass to observe the liquid out condition,the liquid outlet is equipped with a manual ball valve.All pipe diameter size can be customized according to user’s needs.The spare parts material will be the same as machine material.
