This product not only improves the accuracy, stability, and reliability of feeding, but also significantly enhances the operational efficiency of the factory, reduces the labor intensity of workers, creates more economic benefits for the enterprise, overturns the traditional manual batching mode, and has profound milestone significance in the history of batching development. Solid flow meter is a device used to measure the flow rate of solid materials in pipelines, widely used for online monitoring of solid substances such as powder, dust, small spheres, and granules during pneumatic conveying or free fall processes. The core principle is based on the Doppler effect, which generates a microwave field inside the pipeline through sensors. The microwave is reflected by the flowing solid particles, and the solid flow rate is accurately measured by calculating the changes in frequency and amplitude
