93WNiFe 90WNiCu Tungsten Alloy Rods Bars are made by mixing tungsten powder with other metal powders, pressing, and sintering to form blank semi-finished products, which are then molded and cut. They are characterized by high density, high melting point, small volume, high hardness, high elongation, high-temperature resistance, and easy processing. Low finishing cost, not easy to cut and break, corrosion resistance, long service life, non-toxic environmental protection, strong radiation absorption ability, and other excellent performance. Tungsten Alloy rod bars are mainly used as counterweight parts, radiation shielding parts, wear-resistant parts, and high temperature-resistant parts in military weapons, etc., and are also widely used in other fields such as sporting goods, petrochemical industry, metallurgical manufacturing, racing competition, radiation medicine, and nuclear industry.

 

WNiCu is an alloy composed of nickel and copper added to tungsten and other metal elements added on this basis. This kind of alloy has no ferromagnetism, relatively good electrical and thermal conductivity, and is often used in some special requirements. WNiCu alloys can be used in the manufacture of electrodes for electrical processing, electrical contacts for high-voltage electrical switches, balancing hammers, rotors, guides, and shock absorbers for aerospace and space gyroscopes, radiation shielding devices, electronic devices, and high-temperature structural components.

 

WNiFe alloys can be manufactured by a variety of processes, including powder metallurgy technology. The composition of the alloy can be customized to meet specific requirements, allowing customization of its properties. Tungsten-nickel-iron is an important tungsten alloy with high density and high hardness. Compared with steel, the parts have high thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion coefficient. These alloys are known for their excellent deformation resistance exhibit excellent stability at high temperatures and maintain their structural integrity, making them suitable for applications in high-temperature environments, such as the aerospace and defense industry. The high density of tungsten combined with the binding matrix of nickel and iron effectively attenuates and absorbs radiation, making these alloys widely used in radiation shielding applications in the medical and nuclear industries.
