1. The material is mainly broken and pulverized by the weight of the roller and the pressure of the pressurizing device. Owing to the pressure regulation of the hydraulic system, it can change the grinding pressure to meet the requirements of grinding materials with different hardness.

For avoiding the violent vibrati situation caused by the direct contact of the roller and disc when the machine in tion, there should be 4 ing opera certain gap between the grinding roller and disc. A position limiting device is designed not only to adjusting the gap size between them, but to observing the material thickness under roller any time, thereby ensuring the mill with safety and economic operation.
