fluidized bed roasting furnace
As an advanced material roasting equipment, fluidized bed roasting furnace is widely used in many industrial fields with its unique working principle and significant performance advantages. Structure and working mechanism: Its outer shell is made of steel shell, and the interior is lined with insulation bricks and refractory bricks in sequence. The outer side is provided with an insulation layer, which can effectively resist the erosion of condensed acid. The wind chamber and air inlet pipe are located at the bottom, and the wind cap on the air distribution plate and the refractory concrete hearth constitute the key components. The middle part of the furnace is conical, and the large cross-sectional area of the upper roasting space can reduce the blowing of solid particles. During operation, hot air is ejected from the small holes of the wind cap, so that the material forms a fluidized state in the furnace, just like boiling. Taking the roasting of sulfide ore as an example, heat is released in this process to generate sulfur dioxide-containing gas for sulfuric acid production, and the remaining slag can be used as metallurgical raw material. Outstanding performance advantages: It has excellent roasting strength, can handle low-grade ores, and the residual sulfur content of slag is extremely low. The generated furnace gas has a high concentration of sulfur dioxide and a low sulfur trioxide, which is convenient for subsequent processing and utilization. It can also efficiently recover a large amount of heat energy to generate medium-pressure steam and improve energy utilization. The furnace bed temperature is evenly distributed, the equipment structure is simple, there are no rotating parts, and the investment cost and maintenance cost are low. It has a high degree of automation, is easy to operate, starts quickly, and has less pollution to the environment when stopped. It has a wide range of applications: in the sulfuric acid manufacturing industry, it can process raw materials such as pyrite; in the field of non-ferrous metal smelting, it can roast non-ferrous metal flotation concentrates; it can also be used to process industrial waste slag, phosphate ore and other materials to meet the production needs of different industries. Although it has the disadvantages of more dust in the furnace gas and greater power consumption of the air blower, it has obvious comprehensive advantages and is an ideal equipment choice for modern industrial roasting.
