Operating steps: Place dried abalone into a double-layer plastic bag, add food desiccant, seal it, and store it in the refrigerator's cold storage compartment (0-4°C). It should be stored separately from ingredients with strong odors to prevent flavor transfer

Shelf life: This method can be extended to 6-12 months
