Glass Fiber Axial Fabrics are multidirectional reinforcement textiles engineered by aligning continuous E-glass rovings in specific orientations (±45° or 0°/90°) and binding them with polyester stitching yarns. This straight-fiber structure eliminates curvature, maximizing tensile strength, resin wettability, and impact resistance for high-performance composites.

±45° Biaxial Fabric

Structure: Dual-layer rovings aligned at ±45° angles, stitched with polyester thread. Optional chopped strand mat (50-500g/m²) enhances interlaminar shear strength.
Key Advantage: Optimizes shear resistance and torsional stability under dynamic loads.
