The Realkey Tilt Tray Sorter, also known as the Flip Tray Sorter, is a smart and adaptable sorting solution designed to help businesses reduce manual labor, streamline operations, and lower costs. Ideal for sorting small to medium-sized packages, this system is especially well-suited for high-volume, high-accuracy applications.
Built with modular flexibility and user customization in mind, the system integrates tray carriers, conveyor mechanisms, tilting arms, identification units, intelligent control panels, and precision-engineered tracks. Items are loaded onto trays—either manually or via automation—then conveyed on motorized carts along a horizontal track. Once the tray reaches its assigned destination, the tilting mechanism activates, gently and accurately directing the item into the correct chute.
