The Realkey Tilt Tray Sorter—also referred to as a flip tray sorter—is a high-speed automated solution designed for sorting small to medium-sized items with speed and precision. This advanced system delivers exceptional performance in diverse industrial applications, offering a smart, space-saving design ideal for operations demanding accuracy and flexibility.
At the core of the system are motorized carts equipped with tiltable trays that glide along a guided track. Integrated with identification modules, control units, and conveyor systems, items are gently placed on trays and automatically discharged at designated sorting points. When the tray reaches its target chute, a tilt mechanism triggers, smoothly guiding the item off the tray without damage or delay.
With a throughput ranging from 7,200 to 10,800 items per hour, this solution is well-suited for postal sorting, courier operations, e-commerce warehouses, retail clothing fulfillment, agricultural packaging, and pharmaceutical distribution.
