Product description
Ground screw - a kind of hot-forged metal pipe surface welded and wound spiral blade pipe pile, ground screw mainly consists of hot-forged pipe body, spiral piece, connecting flange three parts, spiral piece and flange welded on the pipe body, and then the overall hot-dip galvanizing treatment. The basic working principle is equivalent to the wood screw, which is screwed into the ground by a special ground screw tightening equipment to replace the original concrete foundation, and the top is connected to the load.
Specifications and parameters
The diameter of the ground screw pipe is generally 48mm, 68mm, 76mm, 89mmm, 102mm, 114mm, 140mm, 219mm, 299 and other categories, the ground screw can be processed to 6000mm according to the length of the need, and now the most commonly used is the diameter of 60mm, 68mm, 76mm, 89mm, 114mm, 140mm, the length from 580mm to 3000mm. The connecting disc is generally a circular flange with a diameter of 220mm, which needs to be determined according to the connection mode of the upper load.
